We have had to change our rehoming procedures as a result of COVID-19. If you are interested in a particular animal(s), please email us on reception.martlesham@rspca-ipswich.org.uk and we’ll send you an application form.

Scruff came into the centre after being found as a stray.
When first at the centre, Scruff was very scared and worried by his new environment and human companions but since settling in with us he improved massively!
Scruff now loves it when people go into his cattery to give him all the fuss and attention and loves letting us know but giving us lots of meows!
Scruff had a blood test to determine whether he had FIV or FELV and unfortunately came back positive for FIV. This means Scruff will need to be kept as an indoor cat to stop the spread of the virus onto other cats.
Scruff will need lots of enrichment and space to make up for the fact that he will no longer be able to roam around outside as well as patience to allow him to settle into his new environment.
